I’m Matt Dusa, and for 20 years I led my family’s private contract fire department; responding to wildfires, industrial emergencies and high-stakes crises. I know what it takes to lead under pressure, build structure in chaos, and deliver in high-risk environments. That experience taught me a simple truth: the systems you rely on in a fire-scene translate directly into your business.
Now, I partner with business owners and leadership teams to bring that same level of clarity, discipline and freedom into how they run their organizations.
